  • Developed end-to-end AI pipelines for call transcription, diarization, quality scoring and automated insights using Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI and Blob Storage.
  • Built automation solutions in Python (Selenium, scrapers, schedulers) to support internal workflows and reduce operational overhead.
